I am unable to run the Chat application at all. Version 5.02(9), installed on e63
On opening, error message is
“Sorry an error occured while updating resources. Please restart the application. (java.lang.NullPointerException = 2)”
Re-opening simply shows the same error message.solution please??

an error appear because you installed the application to memory card, you have to do re-installing to phone memory. goodluck.
